•Set runebooks as lootable / non-stealable. Weight based on number of runes.

lootable runebook is sooooooooooooooo much gay.... and can u add board for lumberjack?

Runes were always lootable. Runebooks didn't actually exist in the time period the shard is based on. However, acknowledging that carrying around piles of runes was never a great option, we've opted to allow runebooks but with some risk to carrying them around. You can always keep them in your bank box.

To create boards simply use any type of axe and target some wood.
