Other shards have an in-game chat system.
Usually, you tupe ".c" and then you message.
I feel it's a nice feature to have to bring the community together and you get to communicate with others in-game.

We are considering an in-game chat system due to the low volume of users.

I would benefit from this while playing with friends and family.
