I was playing a little while ago, then logged off to change some settings in Razor. I can not get back on using any of the connection methods specified. Is the shard still up?? I reinstalled both UO, re-patched to recommended client, and Razor and I still cannot get on. Any ideas?

The shard is working fine, but I do see a number of attempted logins from your IP address with an invalid password. Be sure you type the password for the account exactly the same as when you created the account. It is case sensitive.

I am reasonably certain I am typing it in correctly, though that too is possible. Shouldn't it have come back and told me though? Assuming that may be the issue and I have forgotten the password is there a means by which it can be reset? I tried again tonight when I had the opportunity with the same results.

I've got an account that did that; so far I've had no luck getting it to work.

Apparently, if you type a password wrong it does stay at the "Verifying Account" message. I will look into this.
